ATTIRE

 

It is the intent of the Club to provide both formal and informal dining areas for its members. To avoid any possible embarrassing situations, please inform your guests of these guidelines before arriving at the Club. Members and guests alike will be asked to adhere to these guidelines at all times while on Club property.

 

Porch Dining Room

        a)    Lunch – Appropriate casual attire.

        b)    Dinner – Jacket and tie for men, women similarly appropriate attire (Friday evenings)

        c)   Hats, golf shoes, swim attire, denim jeans, tennis attire or the like are not permitted.

 

Family Dining Room

        a)    Lunch – Appropriate casual attire/sports attire/neat and presentable denim jeans

        b)    Dinner – Appropriate casual attire/neat and presentable denim jeans

        c)     Swim attire is not permitted.

        d)    Please remove hats and visors when dining.

 

Grille Room

        a)    Appropriate, casual attire/sports attire/heat and presentable denim jeans

        b)    Swim attire is not permitted.

        c)     Hats and visors should be removed when dining.

 

Denim jeans are not permitted in any of the dining areas noted on the previous page for SPECIAL EVENTS* unless specified.

 *Ex: Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day, themed dinners, etc. Call the Club if unsure!!

 

Bathing suits are specifically not permitted on the North Terrace, in the Dining or Living Rooms nor in the Grille Room. They are permitted on the South Terrace, provided shirts or cover-ups are worn. Shoes must

be worn at all times while on the North Terrace or in the Grille Room, Grille Patio, Living Room, Porch Dining and Family Dining Rooms.

 

 

AUTOMOBILES

 

When arriving at the Club via Rolling Hill Road or Southern Hills Drive, please follow the posted 25 MPH speed limit. When entering or exiting the Club parking lot, please use extreme caution, and follow the designated traffic flow. Please yield to pedestrians and golf carts, and limit your speed to 5 MPH when entering or exiting the parking lot.

 

 

CELL PHONES

 

Talking on cell phones and personal communication devices is prohibited on all Club property with the following exceptions only; the parking lot, the clubhouse phone room and the pool cabana. Nonetheless, cell phones and personal communication devices may be used in the event of an emergency.  Please place these devices on silent mode or vibrate mode before arriving at the Club. The use of cell phones and personal communication devices for functions other than talking should be discreet and in a manner so as not to disturb others. Please notify your guests before arriving at the Club.
