9 HOLER ANNUAL FEES
An annual fee of $60.00, payable in advance, is required from each member. This includes all Ladies’ Day Tournaments except Member Guest Day. Only members of the Nine Hole Women’s Division are eligible for weekly prizes.
TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES
Ladies’ Day is Tuesday of each week, except for the weeks of Memorial Day and Labor Day when it will be Thursday and July 4th when it is dependent on the day of the week it falls. Tournaments are played in flights. Tee-off time is 9:00 AM.
Points will be awarded for all weekly Tournaments. It is up to the winners to contact the Pro regarding the use of their points.
TIE DECISIONS
Ties in Major Tournaments (Club Championship, Match Play, Member Member, Warner Cup): if a tie occurs in the final round of a major tournament, the tied players will play a tie breaker hole(s) prior to the next Ladies’ Day to determine the winner.
HANDICAPS
For new members to be eligible to complete in tournaments, (5) Silvermine scores for the current season must be entered in the computer. Only scores obtained on the Silvermine Nine Hole Course are acceptable. Each competitor shall use the handicap in effect at the time each tournament is played. Each player is responsible for putting a dated and attested score into the computer.
PACE OF PLAY
In shotgun play, score cards must be turned in less than 2 hours and 30 minutes from the start of play. Succeeding groups must turn in a score card within 15 minutes of the group in front of them.
